Started as a real estate agent and, together with a business partner, secured investors and strengthened the company’s position in the local market. Provided clients with a full range of real estate services, including property sales, purchases, and rentals. Trained new agents and developed service quality standards.

Later became the agency’s director and served as President of the Guild of Real Estate Agents of Yurga, where I organized charitable initiatives and supported local orphanages. Also participated in national real estate conferences in Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
