Machinist / Lathe Operator

Worked on a universal 16K20 lathe and two STP-220AP CNC machines. Programmed and operated turning equipment, performed machine setup, and ensured precision control throughout the machining process. Manufactured components for the hydraulic systems of forklifts produced at the plant during that period.

Operated the STP-220AP CNC lathe equipped with the NC-210 control system, CSD feed drives, and DELTA main drive. Performed setup, tooling adjustments, and execution of precision turning programs. Read technical drawings, verified dimensions, and ensured machining accuracy.

Conducted basic maintenance and troubleshooting while producing parts for hydraulic systems and small-batch components. The universal 16K20 lathe was used for producing single and small-batch parts.
