Legal Counsel

Worked in the company’s legal department, preparing and reviewing commercial real estate lease agreements for properties in Moscow and the Moscow region. Participated as part of a team responsible for legal support of lease transactions, including contract analysis, due-diligence of counterparties, and negotiating terms with landlords.

The work was project-based and performed in parallel with my IT responsibilities, combining legal expertise with technical operations to support the organization’s business development and risk management.
